"Elektable" is a short fictional film about Ron Paul and the amazing political revolution he has inspired. The movie explores truth in the media and how it secretly holds a deep affection for Dr. Paul.

***Note from the Director***: This film is intentionally meant to be a spoof of the ridiculous media we have presently been forced to settle with. Americans want a great deal more honesty and relevance from their information sources. This is not a game to us and we expect better from you.

On a more serious note, Ron Paul still has a chance to win the GOP nomination. This will only happen if a majority of Americans realize that he is the true champion of the people. No amount of money and blatant blackouts can deny Dr. Paul the nomination if enough people get behind him and his message.

The film was written and directed by Jeremy Richter, a filmmaker from Chicago. Mr. Richter has worked on hundreds of TV commercials, brand films and corporate videos. In 2008, he served as Writer/Director for the full length feature film "Discovering Deerpath" (Rated "G", 124 minutes, with Bill Kurtis). Mr. Richter has worked directly with a range of celebrities, including Anchorman 1 & 2 star Bill Kurtis, hip hop artist Ludacris, Apollo 8 & 13 Astronaut Jim Lovell, golf Legend Arnold Palmer and World War II icon Greeley Wells (who brought the stars and stripes onto Iwo Jima).

All scenes for the film were shot in Chicago over 4 days using the Red One MX and Epic Cameras. The sets shown in the film were custom built for this effort.

Starring: Kevin Lingle & Pam Tierney

With: Andrew Baltazar, Jimmy Chung, Bridget Erickson, Holly Lowe Jones, Laura Pollina, Jeremy Richter, Marisol Velez & Lucy Zukaitis.

Extras: Shawn Askounis, Jeanette Austin, Brittany Clapper, Kathleen Gillespie, Mateusz Kociolek, Joel Manning & David Richter

Executive Producers: David & Jeremy Richter

The production of this film was handled by the creative team at Richter Studios, which is based in Chicago. Although not everyone at the firm supports Ron Paul, they do share a strong passion for the arts. A full portfolio of the company's work can be found here:

Apparently, the sun did rise the day after the 2012 Presidential Election. I won't give up on you, Liberty, no...matter...what.

How can you believe ron paul?

Almost all his policies are the best.

But his extreme libatarianism is unbalance.

So usual people can't support him.

    Does he do his best?

It's easy to support Ron Paul. He's the most logical, rational politician I've ever come across. That, and he has lit the torch of Liberty like no one else in America over the past century. More Liberty = More Freedom. More Government = Less Freedom. That's Ron's mantra. Simple as that.

Ron Paul isn't electable. FFS, he didn't even win HIS OWN DISTRICT in the TX primaries!

The largest percent of the vote that he won in any primary election was in Virginia, where he was one of only 2 candidates on the ballot -- and he was still beat by Romney 60% to 40%. And Virginia is a densely independent/libertarian state!

A study of the Super Tuesday races showed that Ron Paul actually received a smaller share of the 18-30 year-old demographic than did either Romney or Santorum!

It takes time for the masses to wake up after so many years of indoctrination by the media & our own government. Considering the obvious fact that he didn't have any support from the MSM at any point in the race, he had superb turnouts in states. More importantly, what did he stand for? I don't care as much about who the sheep blindly voted for vs. which candidate had the best ideas, had the most consistent voting record and who stuck to his guns. That's Ron Paul and I will write his name in.

And in the end, Ron Paul was "Elektable". Despite the establishment spin, the media blackout and the lack of awareness by the general public, Dr. Paul still became the people's champion in 2012. No matter what the history books may write, know that a quiet warrior stuck to his convictions, won the hearts and minds of millions and restored confidence to a troubled nation trying to find itself again. He taught us that Liberty is the answer. God Bless you Ron Paul.

Yes, tha tends to happene when you have a more powerful entity that is allowing you to remove votes from Ron Paul's tally. 21k missing in Iowa as well as other places, rule changes before the convention.

Mr. Romney was controled oppoiition for Mr. Obama and the proof is the executive order President Obama signed on Easter. He federalized US elections so nothing like that happens on national television anymore. Now his appointed committee can basically dictate local elections.

First, it's the US military that is the biggest polluter in the world, so no, I don't think they will do anything to stop the military from polluting. However, that does not mean corporations should be allowed to pollute our food and water. Those are two different issues.

Considering that the US Government is the biggest polluter in the world. Not to mention that the US Navy throws tons of trash over board, even within 50 miles of the coast. You think the government will regulate or oppose itself? I think that's insane!

You might not like all his policies. But as president he wont be able to get everything the way he wants. What he can do, is make sure there are no more wars, no more embargoes, and more bailouts to banks. He can use the Federal govt to limit its own power and abuses.
