How much did it cost to rebuild and maintenance the tractor?

I have one of these tractors-all original only 10 working hours on the tractor

would you know how to clean a gas tank by chance? ive tried multipule ways to clean it but the rust just keeps commming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is a tractor show comming up soon and i really want to bring my tractor! any help would be great
