When You're Gone Chapt. 7 (Jonas Brother FanFic)

OMG..Guys i'm so sorry about not uploading...i've been really busy with school and everything..now that we have a few days off i can catch up a little.
A.N. about Nick dying...i do really love him..but everything is going to work out.. just keep reading and see.

She blinked and found herself in a room she couldn't remember. Trying to sit up, she also found out that she had a huge goose egg on her head and a massive headache.
"Stacy," the voise penitrated into her thoughts, "Stacy, are you okay?" Stacy turned her head and after a few moments relized it was Joe.
"Joe?" Stacy groaned. Her mouth felt dry as she shapped the finaly "o" with her lips. "Where am I?" Stacy questioned starting to panic. She tried to sit up again, but the pain in her head was too much.
"It's okay, schweetie." Joe soothed. Placing his hand tenderly on her forehead, she said, "You're in the tour bus. We found you with Nick." His voise grew weak at the end of the sentence.
"Nick!' Stacy jumped a little more alert now, "Where's Nick?"
Joe took a deep breath, almost as if he was fighting back tears, "He was beaten this morning, so the docters think. When he didn't answer his phone we tracked him and found him deat in the dumpster. You were laying with him sobbing and when I picked you up, you fainted." He couldn't help it anymore, and Stacy watched as a singal tear tumbled from his left eye.
Stacy slowly sat up no longer thinking about the pain. She felt numb and didn't even feel the tear drops that welled up in her eyes and fell into her lap. Tediously, she took Joe into her arms and held him tight. Joe squezzed her back and finally let the tears plundge from his eyes.
'Wait," Stacy exclimed pulling away from him, "Where's Kevin?"
"They're in the front of the bus talking to the police officer." Joe replied wiping his eyes hastily, "You know how non of the stuff they talk about ever seem to pertain to me."
A weak smile spread across Stacy's face. "Well, maybe if you paied attention once and awhile, you'd know thease things." She scolded jokingly.
"Yeah, but that's no fun." Joe responded with a small grin. They both let out a small giggle, then, they felt fould. For a second, they seriously had forgotten about Nick. How couldn't they do such a thing a this time?
'Um, maybe we should go see if the officer is still here." Stacy expressed awkwardly.
"yeah." Joe stammered. Standing up they leisurly made their way for the door. They didn't want to step back into the rality that Nick was gone. To just stay here in their own little bubble was good enough for them. But, they had to face the facts and there was someone out there responsible for this. They knew that nothing would stop them from finding him or her and they'd make sure justice was served.

Hope you guys can forgive...i'm honestly trying to be more consitant with uploading, but you know how everybody had to have a life.
