What are you, 12 years old? How hard is it to take a second to click mute compared to taking more than a couple seconds to type a complaint?
You ask "WHY SHOULD WE HAVE TO." Well, not ALL people hate it. The reason you HAVE to mute it is because you just happen to be one of those who don't like it. That's all.

How many coats did you put on? Did it have any effect on the color?

does this sealer also prevent dust particles from gettin on to the guitar while its drying after ive applyed paint?

yeah you can, but if there are beveled edges on the V, you're gonna have to trim the veneer differently

Not using sanding sealer will take you longer to get rid of the wood pores. I recommend that you get it so you can seal it from moisture and such.
