Dude is definitly at the end of his rope but dont react as if youve never walked up to a store and found you didnt know they were closed and blamed it on the store he he. Videographer was most indescreet and is lucky he didnt get his camera inserted into his ear for his labour. Rather than walking away the manager could have better served his position by kindly explaining things to the customer.
