1 pineapple,2 tomatoes diced,1tomato crushed 3 cloves garlic, minced 1 chilli finely chopped 1 small onion, diced 4 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped 2 tbsp lime juice Salt and pepper to taste 1/2 tsp sugar

To make a paste for pineapple salsa ,crush garlic, chilli, onions, cilantro together.Further add tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, pineapple, onion, sugar,salt pepper, cilantro,lime juice in separate bowl and mix well.Mix both the pastes.Pineapple Salsa is ready to serve.
