Italo, his wife Barbara, & guests Clay Dyer, Pat Pagano use worm harnesses to catch trophy walleye in the Detroit River and also participate in the 8th Annnual ICHA Handicapable Fishing Derby.

  • @fishingwithsouthward We were using worm harnesses with dew worms dragged along the bottom of the Detroit River in 18-40' of water...God bless you, Italo

  • @iowahawkangler Good tip, and true. I always have a sharp knife with me and if I do get stuck on bottom I normally wrap the line around my sleeve to break it off...God bless you, Italo

  • Sufifx 832 is good stuff, but word of caution, be sure you have some sharp scissors or clippers, as it is not easy to cut and it won't snap like mono if you get hung up. The running joke among my fishing buddies is to look for a band-aid on our fingers after trying to pull a snag out by hand. It is great line and very versatile.
