this play is just a variation on the simple flat/slant read. all these plays are basically the same:
read the defensive coverage pre-snap. cover 2 or cover 3 will tell you whether the flat defender is the SS or the WLB.
after the snap key the flat defender and throw the ball to the reciver( the flat or the slant) that the flat defender doesnt cover.
cover 4 will give you both options.
3 step drop. you should not be throwing the ball to the slant once he crosses the center

Yeah, I notice that the DBs fall off on Post routes. Either that or the TE or RB is not covered half the time.
