  • Yeah, I did this vid a year and a bit ago...

I have since hit 2 plates for 20 and 250 lbs for 15 reps on the incline.

  • @BRETZERR thank you bro. im prolly just going to do 160 or so for 12 for now

  • The rep out with 225 lbs was with a normal grip. I also hit 315 lbs x 10 reps with a normal grip (that was another big goal for me). Nice job with 20 reps...keep at it man.

    Thanks for the comments.

  • close grip wow thats awesum, and the rep out on 225lbs is close grip or normal bench press? either way thats awesum my max is 20 normal but ive never made a video of bench been meanin to just never get round to it

  • Just an update for you, if you haven't been following me. I hit 405 lbs on the close-grip bench a few weeks ago and I did a rep out with 225 lbs and hit 30 reps. The vid's are up if you want to check them out...

  • Full arm extension allows you chest to relax during the movement. I am going for explosive speed and constant tension here. Thanks for the question...

  • Thanks my friend; I appreciate that.

  • nice keep it up, look forward to see your lift.

  • Thanks for the comment bro...

My 1-rep max so far is 385 lbs on the flat bench (the vid's posted). But I think I am going to beat that in the next couple of weeks...stay tuned...
