It's all drawn on paper with oil pastels, then I scanned them in and put them together in a program called Moho. It lets you do cut-out animation. Really nice program if you're into that kind of animation.

Do you draw every frame or do you do 1 picture for a scene and edit it? =P

All the characters are made out of different elements, which were drawn separately on paper and scanned in, put together in the program and then bones were added in to move the elements around. So everything was drawn once and then the frames were all done in the program (though I've done drawn frame by frame animations as well).
