  • This man is a true Master his movemennts are so powerul, soft and natural. Just watching him is healing.

  • I think generally, this Li family does not teach dangerous forms of qi gong exercises that can leave you injured if performed wrong... If you do these motions wrong you just get SOME benefit and not the full benefit... but any practice is better than none. I try to practice the exercises I do between 1 and 2 hours a day... I think this is a good duration. However even 5 - 15 minutes a day can be beneficial.

  • I don't know why I felt better, especially when I moved my hands from front to the back of my kidney. Thank you for these videos.

  • Are there any instructions? If I do the wrong movements will there be unwanted effects?
