This is the NVLD off of an 05 Dodge Neon. I tried to explain it's function and where they fail. I made a previous video on this , but deleted it because I left out how the venting function works. Hope this helps with diagnosing EVAP problems and testing the system. It only takes .5 inches of water column to pull the diaphram to close the switch.
p.s.my car is 2004 pt cruiser gt turbo. would you fix it?
