Drum Up Big LIVE at Fogarty Park, Cairns, Australia.
The rhythm we're playing is called Sira, an original by Mamady Keita, composed in honour of his mother, whose name was Nasira. We added the signature break from Lolo (from Famoudou Konate's 'blue CD') and a Diansa solo at the end.
Smartphone video, so the sound quality 'is what it is'. Can't hear T's djembe very well. But it brings back great memories. Thanks Manda for filming!
