This man protect Sotomyer from any questions that might be embarassing. He assured that she wouldn't overturn "settled" issues. If it were up to me Cheney, Wolfowitz, Feith Rumy & neocon PNAC gang should be tried for war crimes at the Hague, but this wont happen, nor will any serious investigation (FBI=cronies), a toothless commision is the least worst option that can actualy go ahead, and revelations can lead to others prosecution. Time is short, they are sweaping under the rug and pretending its clean, after a while there wont be traction for any inquiry not even a truth commition.
