I already knew this. Its called shadow banking system, securitization, sub prime loans, and toxic assets.

Its a major part of what led to the financial meltdown.

I had a forensic audit done on my property. And it showed some sever penalties on behalf of the servicer. I gave a copy to my attorney but never heard back from her. What can I do to enforce this audit and find out what the penalties are for these penalties.
