AWOL in Indo Part 2. This was my first attempt at a documentary style short film, and it shows! Shot back in 2001, the story follows myself and friends as we travel from Bali to Nias, and picks up as we are on the 10 hour drive down through Sumatra/Sumatera to Sobolga to catch an 11 hour over night ferry to Nias... Eventually we end up surfing the reef on Bawa island, having chartered a fishing boat for a few days. Try to stick with it as some of the waves at the end are pretty awesome!
