this is an excellent, high-percentage takedown. One of the great things about this move is that it's relatively effortless compared to a standard double/single leg. It just takes a bit of timing and offsetting your opponent's weight. Dominick Cruz is a beast with this move.
my friend did this in a wrestling match and got an 8 second pin...but the thing is he was a heavyweight..one of the best ive seen..everyone of his matches never passed 40 sec
another ,,very high class muay thai stand up greco roman technique..
Every one watch the neck stearing and manipulation . i have seen fighters in bbk stadia execute moves like this and they call it muay thai neck wrestling!!!.
naturally they have to limite mounting the downed opponent..
do your self a big favor and learn these moves soon, so you can step up to the stylish slick fighter level, that is a pleasure to watch .be crowd pleasing with feemur techniques .
You all do realize that he is a Ufc fighter not no pro wrestler and he actually punches the guy not tries to pin him but to knock him out he is just trying to teach how you get him down then from there you finish the guy kinda like you would fight someone on the streets who doesnt know how to wrestle think before you say random stuff like some one doesnt have a dick
@Kingfunny7 you are retarded..theres a kid on my team his name is kyle dehaut loom him up on youtube and you'll see him using a perfect knee tap from double underhooks..its toward the end of the video.
you can also use your knee to tap his knee that is what i use in muay thai

Yea, I think this video would be better if he gave us some cautions; when executing this move.

Interesting move. I was looking for examples of GSP's knee tap. But this at least gives me a general idea of how it works.
Is there a straightforward way to avoid landing in the guy's guard though?
