My VitaMix Anti Aging Amber Mandarin Mint Green Smoothie was created by Amber and is the color of amber. The best of both worlds.

Simple AND easy, my specialty at Blend It and Mend It. A mere two ingredients are needed: mandarin oranges and fresh spearmint.

Refreshing and energizing. Don't miss out.

Make this and post your comments and questions! Many thanks to Amber!

Right you are! I use my VitaMix many times a day blending with abandon.

Sometimes I start low, walk it up, go to high and sometimes I just go straight to 10 or high. :)

Many thanks for the good info.

    Jane

  • Blending immediately using the highest setting is certainly one way to use this blender to get the job done. The way I would do this is to start on the lowest variable setting, then gradually turn the variable speed dial to its highest setting, then finally flip the switch from variable to high.

    Hi Chelsea,

OMG, that's a great idea - I have a long list of benefits that I have experienced. Yes, I will do one, it's on the list.

    Jane.

  • Jane this looks yummy! Can you do a video on what smoothies have done for you?
