Someone responded to my comment on this video by saying that he also set the all time walks record. My response to that is this. Ryan played in the majors for 27 seasons. So I guess just by tenure he has the most walks. Such as Cy Young won the most games of all time but he also lost the most games of all time. More important in these instances is the ratios. I don't know what Ryans strikeout to walks ratio is so if anyone knows please clue me in.

Although I didn't keep up with Ryan during his career, as a sports fan it strikes me as possibly the greatest injustice in sports when he is not even mentioned when these so called "experts" discuss the greatest athletes ever. Do they realize that there are only 3 records in sports that will never be broken and he has two of them, most strikeouts and7 no-hitters (which has got to be the most amazing accomplishment in sports ever) the 3rd record being Youngs wins.

BTW he is not one of the greatest pitchers he is the greatest. Most of his records will never be broken. His 383 seasonal strikeouts and 5714 career to name 2
