This is wonderful to see .I trained 25 years ago with Chris for 4 years and it was incredible training! I am tired just watching the video! The funny part is the Janet Jackson music in the background. Everytime I hear her music even today. i have to get up and box.:) Thanks for this great memory and workout. The footwork and boxing is incredible.

Chris Steele owner of Steeleboxer gym fighting 5th ranked heavyweight contender in the red shirt. The guy is 6" 218lbs and has a record of 22-0 18 ko's. Steele killed this guy and finished him off by breaking 3 of his ribs. Just like ALI Steele did not get hit and played with this guy.
