This is the 3rd video in a series of videos that chronologs a middle aged man as he attempts to get back in shape. It has been about on month and things are starting to improve.
Workouts go as follows 3-4 days per week about 40 minutues lon. For each body part I do 3 exercises. Chest and Triceps I do 3 set of 10 reps for each body part. Back and Biceps he does 3 set of 10 reps for each body part. Legs I do 1 exercise for 3 sets for legs like sqauts, I do 1 exercise for 3 sets for Quads, I do 1 exercise for 3 sets for hamstrings and the same for calves. My workouts will get harder as I get in better shape and they will change from month to month and I will update that here. Im also using a product called Hydroxytrol to help lose fat and get fired up for a workout.
