The Bill of Rights Amendment 1 - Congress cannot take away or restrict freedom of speech or freedom of the press. Congress may not take away the right of peaceful assembly. The right of petitioning the government for any redress (correction) wanted made by it, or any grievance made against it, may not be suspended

The fact that the police and our govt use COINTELPRO tactics and govt agents planted in demonstrations to purposefully start violence and get the march or whatever shut down in order to rob us of our fundamental rights and freedoms, is a clear death knell to freedom. It is truely a pivotal point in history, this is where we decide whether we want to be free or slaves to a broken economic and governmental system.
