  • Since the first day I invented it, I preferred it without the bag myself, most of the time.

    I think it addresses a wider area of motor skills/awareness when the bag is not in the way.

    But also, with the bag it addresses its own different and important area of motor skills/awareness I found.

  • As weird as that looks, it is actually a pretty good drill. Prefer it without the heavy bag
