It the lack of a religon, dont degrade "athiest" by calling it a religon. The bible says many crazy things, I mean do snakes actually talk? come on, you cant pick and choose from the bible, and say " the bible says the earth is circular, so it must be true!". Its easily noticed that the earth is circular if you go to the top of a mountain.

I am sorry that you choose to use your fervent passion for something as close minded as scripture. Genesis to Revelations postulates the Earth to be immovable and flat. I do recall Pythagoras figured out the Earth was round in the 6th century BCE. You may complain and say he worshiped Apollo, but I strongly refuse the term "atheist science". I do not subscribe to any religion, and refuse to accept the term Atheism. Science is science. Arrogance and ignorance/ Methinks thou doth protest too much.
