Each car company changes the name a little bit to be different...audi is "bi-turbo" ford is "dual-turbo" other people use "twin turbo"...bottom line there are two turbo's, and it all means the same thing.

@mitsu3kgto Twin turbo is when there is one turbo for each bank of cylinders. This isn't the case for the 6.4. It has a small fixed vein turbo that feeds a larger variable geometry turbo.

The 6.4 TT is one BA motor !! Of course, STUPID FORD had to drop them !! What a dumb move on ford's part, their now 6.7 Powerstroke better live up to the HYPE they spewed about it !!
