Hoover Sucks! That's what we'd always say during our prep rallies at Jackson High back in 1979.

My first job was there, I was 17 years old at the time. Sadly was laid off after only about 6 months. A sad sign of modern times.

Yup, we got a guided tour! If you see my videos 'Company Profile Pt.1 & 2', the room Mr. Hoover is presenting the item from is one we went in!

I grew up in N.Canton and saw that factory daily for many, many years. I moved to CA in 1979 but go home to the Canton area every other summer. It kills me that Hoover got bought out, what a devastating blow to a great community.
