Not really, it has the same amount of things in the plane compared to the Boeing 747, but I can understand why you would think that, because everything in the A380 is just a large, stretched-out version of the 747. Why do you think Airbus decided to build the plane? Answer: They just wanted to make the biggest civil aviation aircraft in the world - and they succeed, but it is still just an upgraded version of the 747.

What I meant is, Airbus has many more things IN THE PLANE, not overall.

Boeing: 707 (The first Jet-powered airplane in the world) 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, 777, 787, and countless amount of military aircraft.

Airbus: A310, A320, A330, A340, A380.

Thinking and doing are two completely different things.

I know but you said that an a380 is a 'copy' of the 747, yet in fact Airbus thought about many more things than Boeing.

I was talking about the 787, not the 747. I have flown on the 787, and it is sooooooo much better than any other plane I have ever flown on.
