At a cost from £24 to £28 this is a bargain to be had, mine cost £25.00 ($40) and free P+P from Singapore. The memory I'm using in this cam is the cheapest 2 gig Micro SD card from Argos at £5.99. Surprisingly, no dropped frames either!
Some of the noise is the car AC on the windscreen.
There are some artifact noises in the background, but for the price I can't complain, the video quality is superb for the size if the cam which weighs around 15 grams.
The cam comes with a car kit, so it can be mounted on the dashboard and powered with the car cigarette lighter.
The instructions are great "Engrish" so they take an enigma machine to work them out!
