Obama has everything to do with it.

HE SCRAPS OUR MILITARY AND SUPPORTS THEM IN NAME ONLY

he hates our soldiers and military cause he cuts their funding next to nothing.

Time for the military to take over in Martial Law and save this country from communism. I'd welcome it.

  • @capt777737 What does President Obama have to do with the sinking of the Indianapolis?

  • My cousin went down with the USS Indianapolis.

I'm NOT gonna permit this to be forgotten

My friend snakes3425 on youtube has an excellent video on this.

Obama don't even care, but we do.

  • My dad was on the Quincy when it sank. Thanks for posting this. My sisters and I are lucky that we were able to video tape him talking about his experiences during the war. He died a few years ago but he would have appreciated this.

  • My husband's uncle was on the Vincennes was sunk and was wounded, as were so many others. Thank you for posting these videos. Maybe this will be the generation that learns from history so that it isn't repeated.

  • my dad was on the north hampton went down with her ,lost i think half the crew. then he went on to anohter ship and fought some more

  • Nice tribute to the gallent ships and men. My father served on the USS Denver CL-58 and she lost 21 men from battle. Great job.

  • My grandfather was on the Northamptom throughout the 30's, about 7 yrs total..made Chief in 1934 and he and my grandmother went on board after their wedding to celebrate with the other Chiefs-I recently received a news clipping stating such-he was a Chief Quartermaster, in Navy from 1923-1954-spent most of the war on transports, hauling munitions, fuel, oil (nice mix!) but didnt escape danger, ship hit a jap mine off Borneo towards end of war thankfully he survived though severely burned

  • Brilliant start to the tribute,USS Houston and HMAS Perth. Two Battle Cruisers taking on an entire Japanese invasion fleet at night. You don't get more gutsy than that.Sadly these two ships ran out of ammunition due to their previous engagement days before known as the Battle of the Java Sea.They were the sole surviving allied warships from that battle. They attempted to fall back to Australia, but ended up fighting to the death after being told by Dutch intellegence that the Strait was clear. NOT!

  • My Grandmother's 17 year old brother, John Tucker, was also on the USS Vincennes and died on August 9, 1942. I'm just now doing some research for her. From wikipedia's account of that day it sounded like the USS Vincennes put up one heck of a fight on August 8th and the early morning hours of the 9th. I'm proud of my Uncle. He was so young, like so many. God Bless them.
