How I Feel About Pole!
Honestly, the song says it all....I LOVE POLE..I am truly addicted!
Tried something new..and found a few things I need to control better...The Shouldermount Rewind is definitely one!

It's such a pleasure to see a performance with such expert and refined skills...the most difficult poses and tricks just flow and merge with the music so perfectly. My favorites were the fan kick at 00:58 . It was the perfect pinwheeling of the leg and hip joint, nearly touching the ceiling and coming all the way up, around, and down...so sweet!
