How to make and setup an IRC Bouncer (using ZNC Bouncer)

I edited and uploaded this video for my friend Justasic.

This video shows how to setup a IRC bouncer using ZNC on linux.
You can download znc at: http://sourceforge.net/projects/znc/
and visit there website for most of the help at: http://en.znc.in/wiki/ZNC

Note: It is suggested that you watch this video in 480p so that you can see the terminal screen.

The terminal commands used in this video where:

./configure
make (compile znc)
make install (to install znc in the system)
znc --makeconf (to make the config file)
znc (to start znc)

Good besides its imposible to see how you compile it.

1: you tar it (unzip it)

2: type "cd" and it magically compiles. as fare as i can see. cd doesnt do that normally right ?

@DYSW I purposefully cut out the compiling because this is a video about setting up an IRC bouncer, not a video teaching people how to compile programs in linux. And also because I needed to meet the time limit :P If you want, we can make a video teaching how to compile.
