It is well off the the busy streets and so provides minimal vehicle traffic but still is easily accessible to the local amenities and attractions.
A large lanai with a heated pool and patio set, fenced backyard and private boat dock, all provide opportunities to enjoy the waterfront setting.
We have a large screen TV with DVD and satellite in the living room . Our house includes a kitchen stocked full of dishes, cups, silverware, pot and pans and a breakfast bar for two. There is also a coffee maker, an ice maker, a blender and a microwave. The dining room, with a
waterfront view, seats six. China and stemware are displayed in the hutch for formal dining. There is also a small bar. Bedrooms are equipped with linens, satellite TV's, dresser and/or spacious closets, and alarm clocks. The sun room has a spectacular view of the water and sunsets. The sliding glass doors can be opened to expand the outdoor space. There are two full bathrooms and we provide bath towels and beach towels and a hair dryer.
There is a washer and dryer for your use. There is free local telephone calls and an answering machine.
Things to do:
There is a community yacht club that is open to the public. It offers tennis, fishing pier, beach, etc. Golf is very popular due to the number and variety of courses that are near. Of course beaches are plentiful. There is a beach in cape coral and Fort Myers Beach is only 20 minutes away. You can go to
Sanibel Island and explore their beaches. If you are really
adventurous you can continue on to Captiva Island. Sun Splash waterpark, located within Cape Coral, is a family oriented activity. You can enjoy canoeing or hiking at the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. For sports enthusiasts, the Cape Coral Sports Complex provides fields for soccer, baseball and softball. There are also parks to play shuffleboard, racquetball or fly a radio-controlled airplane or enjoy riding your bike at the track. You'll find a variety of dining experiences. Resturants include old familars and those that are unique to Southwest Florida and Cape Coral. You can also enjoy the local nightlife for adults or families.
