@scooterbugs25 You are so right about that! Tim Hill didn't even preach sanctification in that revival, but I got the experiance anyhow. My pastor thought I was a radical shortly after I received the Holy Ghost. I was called into the office for being "too heavenly minded to be any earthly good". I was looked down upon for not doing all the worldly things that all the other youth were doing at the time. Can't imagine what it's like now.

@holinesspentecostal - we always come across the same videos..lol, Sanctification seems to be one that is never talked about anymore. I wonder why? Maybe its not preached because, it falls inline with Holiness? I love and miss the old COG!

I was raised in the COG in Illinois as a boy. I got sanctified on Jan 22, 1988 in a revival that Tim Hill preached in Charleston, IL back when Rob Baker pastored there. That church is no longer there. I received the Holy Ghost and was called to preach the following Saturday night and have been preaching HOLINESS ever since. Had to leave the COG for all the compromise and worldliness, but God has been faithful to lead me on! Hallelujah!

That's also my buddy Chris White on the sax. Oh how I miss those Virginia Campmeeting Days! Brother Hill sang this song and share some of this testimony at the General Assembly on Thursday night. It was AWESOME!
