Yeah, you can definately hear that DX7 bass sound...Would love to know what synths some of the other composers used :D

actually, keffie used a Prophet 5. and his theme is ear-cancerous, but murray's is obviously worse.

yes the entire seventh doctor theme is composed entirely on a prophet 5 synthesiser, he used a Yamaha Dx7 for some parts of this story

I have some of the music without voices on though, the scene where pex battles the great architect. and the cleaners theme.
