i really like your acne vids very informative, and helpful, it helps me stay true with my diet,
and i have another question shouldn't you also included probiotics in the acne regime to help assimilate waste and toxins to further absorb vitamins etc, ive been eating plain yogurt, and home made sauerkraut (cabbage carrots and onions) i stop fermenting my kefir grains but i will soon continue drinking again

I made the meatloaf muffin recipe the other day instead I used ground pork and beef too and I ate the whole batch in 2 days they were that good, but if you are a man I'd recommend 2 muffins per serving, yum yum
