You don't try to elevate the ball, you just trust your hands. If you have good hand-eye coordination and your timing is good, you will hit the ball square. The last thing you want is for a hitting to be thinking about elevating a ball.

You can always get your pitch, even on 0-1

You don't hit with your hands

You dont extend your hands to contact

Your hands don't leave your chest area

You have to have been in a weight room before to hit with your entire body

Swinging down on a ball moving down gives you small chance of hitting the ball, let alone a line drive.

Other than that, pretty decent.
