    Thank you for the reply! Then I didnt do anything wrong, except trying to eat the hard grass ;) now i know for next time to remove it before eating

  • @nalanuss in this dish, like in most dishes, lemongrass is for flavoring only. cambodians use it in most of our dishes too and often we do not eat it unless it's been grounded to small pieces. once cooked, we either remove it completely from the dish. if we leave it in there, it's maybe to get the aroma but we don't eat it. hope this helps
