Pole Dance - Freestyle on spinning pole

This is me free styling on a spinning pole. Although my pole is a spinning one at home I must admit that I do not spend enough time practicing on spinning mode. I think honestly it's because I'm scared of not being in full control on a spinning pole and the fear of completely falling off in mid spin.
So here I am mustering up the courage and this is the result. Not too bad I guess but now I vow when I get back from Malaysia I will spend once or twice a week on spinning mode.

Nice jacknife there at 2:31--that is one of the nicest gymnastic forms. The curved form contrasts against the straight pole. Beautiful. ...And wow...did you use a special growth tonic? Hair is comimg back fast. If you could put that secret in a bottle you'd be a millionaire!!!

Yeah it is quite funny how fast it's growing. Planning to shave it one more time tomorrow but then that's it, I'll just let it grow back from there. Thanks on the jacknife.
