All the images are of Minneapolis. At the beginning it shows the old Minneapolis business district, the first bridge to span the Mississippi - the old Hennepin Ave wood suspension bridge. Also, the roof tower of the old Northwestern Guaranty Loan Building, later known as the Metropolitan Building - now gone. The Washburn Apartments are still there - my grandfather owned them through the late 1920's to early 1940's. The old time basketball team is Edison High School, where I graduated in 1965.
