  • Great stuff ! I have a Garret GTAx1000 with exactly the same symptoms.

    I was looking at a replacement coil but, thanks to your video, I have a better idea of what to look for and will have a go at pulling the problem coil apart first ..

  • would using some sort of Alox or anti-oxidation cream used for electrical connections that involves different metals work?...Like the goop they use in your home power box to keep the connection from degrading.

  • I had woody do "The Job" on my SD2200.. It was and still is DAM AWESOME.. infact on a trip out West with 4 other 4500's , i found more gold with my woody spec. than all the 4500's put together. PROOF in the pudding ,, thanks Woody..

  • Your a very fascinating guy to watch, over here in england we pay a lot of money for coil repair's as for some reason they always seem to go wrong but watching your vid i think many will try and fix them on there own now...thanks
