Song: The Shining
Band: Badly drawn Boy
Album: The Hour Of Bewilderbeest

The word Soliel in this song means Sun, I didn't figure it out until I started taking French. Anyway just thought I would post it for the confused, such as I was. : )

  • Such a lovely song.. The first time I heard it was in QAF ♥

oh and soleil just means sun btw... anyway thanks for posting it.

  • yeah...now that I'm taking French I've figured that out lol I'll have to change the info bar, but thanks : )

  • dieing is spelled wrong! it's dying. ha ha! love this song though, beautiful!

  • il faut dire que "soliel" = "sun", pas "breaks the sun". (it must be said that soliel = sun, not breaks the sun" in english)

  • oh ok, thank you lol

  • oh man this song! I heard it long, years ago in one of Ibiza's chillout sessions along with Massive Attack's Teardrop (Dr. House theme music--and before House was even on). Great song, great compilation by the way.

  • 2 people are listening to the Jonas Brothers or worse :(

  • I feel such an odd melancholic peace when listening to this... I really feel like a summers day where I'm lonely even tough I'm in company, and happy all at the same time.

  • @zeferia Either way it's still spelled dying, not dieing.

  • NOT EVERY WORD has to begin with a capital letter! Just FYI

  • dying - to cease of life... dyeing - to taint colour, usually in clothing... dieing - made-up word used by illiterate people (usually in USA)

  • First heard this in Kirsten Dunst's movie Get Over It. Fell in love with this since.

  • @Veronicath17 I heard it on QAF, too :D It's really great :)

  • QAF !

  • I dreamed about this song last night.
