  • Truly entertaining to the ear, good job!

I wish I could play acoustic like you!

  • I love Sligo Creek! I been playing it alot lately. Maybe one day I'll play it without messing it up,lol.

  • @Vin3281 Unfortunately, we don't have any DVDs available of our shows. The closest thing is my instructional DVD "Celtic, Blues and Beyond" which has a section that features me playing through all of the tunes on the DVD without interruption. But that's not an Al and Amy concert, by any stretch of the imagination. Maybe one day.

  • @TheAdamGray I'm glad you are enjoying the music. I try to make it accessible to most guitarists, but there are still many little techniques that come into play that aren't real obvious at first. I have a few instructional videos out there and maybe that would help explain some of those.

  • @Mrsmocumen Domo arigato gosai mashita. Sorry, I can't read katakana lettering and I don't speak Japanese. I appreciate your comments.

  • @sklldindivz That was a long time ago. Thanks for collecting all of those CDs. That was a pretty interesting festival. I hope they were able to continue having it.

  • @balto20002 Thanks

  • Hey Al -- Thanks!

After your previous response I looked around - found the Mel Bay book by you on Caledon Wood. I haven't gotten enough time to start working with it, but from my first couple looks it looks great, especially the tablature (I can read sheet music to some extent, but it's really great to see the specific fingerings).

  • @balto20002 That is in DADGAD tuning. Thanks
