Review: 28 Neutral Palette

FYI: Coastal Scents does not make any of the palettes, or makeup brushes for that matter, on their site. The makeup brushes are from Crown Brush, and the palettes are all available on Ebay from sellers in China, which leads me to believe that they are mass-produced in China and CS just resells them on their website. Please feel free to keep ordering from Coastal Scents if you are happy with them, however, buying on Ebay is just the cheaper option, especially to all of us overseas people!

It is the same palette. Company's label the product as their own and adjust pricing. One of these palettes are under $10 with free shipping on eBay right now.

Believe it or not gals it is very possible these are the same palettes Coastal Scents are selling ! The reason I say it's possible is because I worked in a local BSS with Korean girls and it was shocking how much Hello kitty products the profited off of by ordering from eBay . And the list goes on ! Nail shops are secretly ordering these cheaper products as well :)

I know this vid is a bit older, but Ebay has really gone up in prices on these palettes. Even the Naked palette on Ebay, sellers are ripping consumers off. BH official site is cheaper for me. Great review though, looking forward to my 88 neutral :)

I got both this and the warm 88 palate from CS, I'd recommend the 88 one because it has better pigmentation plus a nice range of shimmer / matte browns so you can go from a day look to an evening one easily. the 28 one had a few chalky ones plus the colour aren't as vibrant as the 88 one.
