Berserk PS2 Snowman boss

The first boss fight of the game with a brand new Guts. This was my first time playing and I apologize for the shitty quality, for all I have is a 6 megapixel camera to record movies with. I plan on posting more PS2 Berserk videos as I progress.

Guys,please some help...

I just got this game and,since I don't know japanese,I'd like to know how did the video poster(InnocentBlood) do the trick in the hands of the snow man..the one where Guts climbs on them and stabs them in the ground...

I'd also like to know,in the battle against Zodd,when he turns blue and red,how do you counter his attacks?Cause he hit me all the time and I couldn't do anything...

When the Brand of Sacrifice appears in your health bar, you press a button(I honestly can't remember which because I haven't touched this game in forever, but I know it's one of the face buttons) and you'll do a special attack, usually a one hit kill. Against bosses, I forget what those mean, but I know you can counter his blows by blocking just before he hits you.

The counter is too hard I rarely make it..

Damn,I'll have to leave the game for a while in order to catch up with the manga(I'm in ch 21 now)

Sthg last,the game becomes better the more I advance right(God of War-like)?it isn't repetitive I guess

I got it last year for my birthday, so... almost a year since I completed the game, give it a few months.

You don't get new moves, really, but you do get to upgrade Guts: more health, more damage, faster swings, etc. The game is repetitive, but in a way that you don't really mind pressing the same button to cleave your way through legions of guys who deserve to get their asses kicked.

And no, I do not know Japanese. Not enough to hold a conversation, at the very least.

i am now playing this on my ps2 on the hard diffculity it's all in japanese wich you don't really need to understand japanese to play it but it's only that you can't understand what the story is about.

nop only japan I finished it my ps2 run backups so I downlaoded it I liked it a lot thou I didn´t understand a shit lol you dont need to to finish it.
