I guess he gets in his four wheel drive. He live out in the country where few of the roads are mettled. My activity in aviation was years of skydiving from mostly small planes like 172's. I have seen him flying in conditions I would consider dodgy but I guess he knows the terrain and has got the feel for the air in this part of the world.

I know of a guy up in Queensland that flies 40 km to work every day in one of these things. Not sure if it is the same model. He keeps an old car at the other end and puts down at a farm about a 1 km from his job. He bought at a bargain price with a mountain of new spares including an unused rota and factory rebuilt full engine. Does a few pleasure flights at the weekend and that pays for the gas.
Is he one lucky B**tard or what?
