dont have a drink in the riza hotel the staff at the bar charge what they want. they gave the place a bad name .

all the pubs are good.the mexican was good.i loved it in borovets will go back one day .have a good time

i had that instructor at 1.52 and borovets aint that bad the runs are decent and so was the snow, it snowed a meter over night when i was there.

althou we had awsome snow and did some great boarding,you will find the lifts a complete shambles,as they dont link up ,if you use the middle chair lift then its not to bad but some other other roots will leave skiers doing a lot of poleing and its even worse if you are a boarder like myself,some runs will leave you stranded in never never land and you get a bulgarian pikey grabbing your skis or board to take you on his smelly horses and cart for ten lev he takes you back to a lift.!!

well i did enjoy the skiing but if you went to the alps or some where decent then you would know what a shambles borovets is,and yes thats the type of obnoxious reply i would expect from a bulgarian pikey,and while your there it will be my intention to warn anybody from wasting there time ,money and holiday going to your mafia style run resort. lets get it on.

Spotty Dog - get a job! All you do is slag off Borovets. Plenty of people go and enjoy it. You are a sad man!

please if you are going to borovets then buy your ski pass online,do not whatever you do wait and buy it at resort,it will cost you 286 lev (approx £142) for a six day adult pass,online price before you go will be appox £90.if you need to know more message me.

i have just got home from berovets,(14th march) We did have good snow on the tues and again this morning,Berovets is a resort full of obnoxious Bulgarians who will rip you of for every penny they can get.

Everything is so expensive you would not believe,but most of all the ski lifts are rubbish,the lifts do not link up so you end up knackered doing miles of poleing,i myself was boarding which is even worse,they also close the lift at 4.10pm.

dont waste your money or get ripped off is my advise,please look at my videos showing the lift closed with hundreds of skiers on the slopes,piste bashers also dont do much either.
