Other bands (e.g., Replacements)were videotaped during these sessions as well. The tapes are rumored to reside in the Twin/Tone vaults. Bob Mould comments: "The recordings from 1981 were to be released as a multi-lp/video package tentatively entitled 'Soundcheck.' Twin/Tone probably has the tapes somewhere; I would suspect it's their final 'ace-in-the-hole', for when they next run out of money, or need another M&D deal. Everyone from that period (Mats, Loud Fast Rules, Hüsker, etc.) were part of it, so it'll be a big item at some point."
