For a natural daytime lipstick, please try Lancome's EDGY! And their Shimmer Violet Sunrise blush! Yet when you are ready for evening, don't shy away from Berry Noir (a perfect cool toned RED) or Prune Drama Girl! Great colors for your lips. Shine is something I like to use sparingly; on the 'hotspot/center" of your lower lip. If our lips are large, adding Shine EVERYWHERE overpowers the rest of the face. A viewer's eye goes to the brightest spot first: and that should be the eyes!

I recently switched to Lancome and LOVE their foundation and powder. It is the only powder that doesn't rub off and I've been searching for years. Now, I agree, your lips were just okay, but the foundation and eyes were great!!!

what qualifies you to all these reviews? I have 25 yrs in the beauty industry and I i dont get why anyone can just run their mouth on youtube and think they have credability! i am a current Lancome counter manager and I disagree we have loads of selection for women of color!

As a current Lancome counter manager, and a Manager for Dior I disagree!! totally, I just helped an african american client switch from Fashion Fair to Lancome, she loved the foundation, Fashion fair looked like grease paint! Sorry you dont like the colors she chose but thats where a proper consultation comes in. The eyes are beautiful the lipcolor is bright but it is whats in right now... I would have asked you what you are comfortable wearing and chose something softer

it's not the line (Lancome)...you just had a really bad makeup artist that totally did not listen to you & had no sense of color choice ! i'm wondering if Lancome was promoting a certain color story like "holiday" for example that only contained certain shades of lip color etc
