This is about democracy and freedom for people. No one will ever agree about religion or politics. We all agree people should live free with honor, justice and tolerance. Government should be to help people not steal their wealth for war and destruction.

I was wondering something, perhaps there's a Muslim around that can give me a clear answer on this. If there was no concept in the bible of eternal torture in a mythical place called Hell in the time of Jesus, then why is there a similar Catholic/Pagan concept of Hell in Islam?
Don't bother trying to convince me that there WAS a concept of eternal torture in Hell in the bible or that Christians in the first century believed in Hell, I already know too many arguments concerning that subject.
