as you can see, wexler is standing alone. all his backing is drying up. he is also under investigation in florida for his fraudulent residency status and could be removed from congress.

Congress can instruct the marshal-in-arms of the Congress to arrest Miers and Bolton for refusing to honor the subpeonas. It doesnt need the Justice Department to do that for it. Another example of Congress (not) at work.
